To contact Bid Banana support, click the headphones icon in the bottom-right corner of any page. The Support panel that opens gives you three routes: browse help articles, chat with our AI assistant 24/7, or submit a ticket to reach a human. Human support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET.
Where Is the Support Button in Bid Banana?
The headphones icon sits in the bottom-right corner of every Bid Banana page and follows you as you browse, so you never have to leave a search to ask a question.
Two other routes open the same help:
- Account menu: click your account icon at the far right of the navigation bar and choose Support.
- Page footer: click Support in the footer of any page.
What Are the Three Ways to Get Help?
The Support panel opens with three options. Pick the one that matches how fast you need an answer and whether a person needs to be involved.
Browse Help Articles
Instant answers from our knowledge base. This is the same support library you are reading now, and it is the fastest option when your question is about how a feature works.
Chat With Our AI Assistant
Available 24/7. The assistant answers general questions by pulling from our support documentation, so it can walk you through platform features, account questions, and search tips at any hour. For more on what it can and cannot do, read How to Use the AI Assistant.
Submit a Ticket
Reaches our support team directly. Choose this for account changes, billing questions, technical issues, or a bug: anything that needs a person to act on your account.
◆ NOTE: Bid Banana offers human support Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET. Tickets submitted outside these hours are reviewed on the next business day. The AI assistant is available around the clock.
How Do I Get a Faster Answer From Support?
- Start with the AI assistant or help articles. Most account, subscription, and feature questions are answered instantly, with no waiting.
- Submit a ticket if you are still stuck. Describe what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and which page you were on.
- Name the bid if your question is about one. Include the Solicitation ID or a link to its Bid Details page so our team can find it immediately.
- Watch your inbox and answer follow-ups. Replies arrive by email at the address on your account. Our team often needs one more detail to resolve an issue, and a quick reply keeps your ticket moving.
💡 Tip: Screenshots help. If something looks wrong on screen, attach an image to your ticket. It usually removes an entire round of back-and-forth.
How Do I Reach a Human RFP Expert?
Bid Banana is built by The Bid Lab, which has been answering RFPs since 2017. When your question is about the bid rather than the platform — whether to bid at all, whether you qualify, what a solicitation is really asking for, or why you lost the last one — email the solicitation to support@bidbanana.com with the deadline, what your company does, and what is worrying you about it.
A person reads every message and writes back with how they would approach it, including scope and a price if there is work worth doing. Nothing starts until you have agreed to it.
◆ NOTE: Expert help is written replies only. There is no consultation to book and no phone queue.
How Do I Report a Problem With a Bid Listing?
Click the flag icon on any search result card or Bid Details page to report inaccurate data. To ask us to add a source to our database or publish a bid to the platform, open your account menu and choose Post a Bid or Source.
Where Else Can I Find Answers?
Before you open a ticket, these libraries often have the answer already:
- FAQ: billing, trials, cancellations, and how the platform works, in short form.
- Bid Banana Blog: search tips, industry insight, and walkthroughs of new features.
- The Bid Lab Learning Center: in-depth guidance on finding, choosing, and responding to government bids.
- Account Settings > Billing: change your plan, update your card or cancel, without needing us at all.
- Bid Banana API: query our bid and award data from your own software. Access is self-serve at $499.99 a year for 10,000 records a month, and you can try a live query on the page before you subscribe.
