Your Bid Banana invoices and payment method both live in Account Settings > Billing. Scroll to Invoices for your billing history and click View on any line to open it. The card on file sits further up the same page.
Where Is My Billing Information?
- Sign in to Bid Banana with the account that holds the subscription.
- Click your account icon at the far right of the navigation bar and choose Account Settings.
- Open the Billing tab.
💡 Tip: Make sure you are signed in to the account associated with your billing email. If two people at your company have logins, billing sits with the one who set up the subscription.
How Do I View or Download an Invoice?
Scroll to the Invoices section at the bottom of the Billing tab. Each line shows the billing date, the amount and its status — Paid, for instance. Click View on the invoice you want to open the full document, where you can download or print it for your records.
Your full history stays available, so you can pull a document from an earlier period whenever finance asks for it.
💡 Tip: Download the invoices you need before cancelling a subscription, while you still have access to the account.
How Do I Add or Change a Payment Method?
The Billing tab shows the card currently on file, or tells you there isn't one. Click Add payment method and enter your card details to add or replace it. The new method is used for your next renewal.
◆ NOTE: By providing your card details you authorise Bid Banana to charge that card for future payments in accordance with our terms. Enter payment details only on the Billing tab — our support team will never ask for a card number by email or in a chat.
If a renewal fails, an expired or replaced card is almost always the reason. Updating it here is usually all that is needed to restore access.
What Does the Plan Card Tell Me?
Above the invoices, the plan card summarises what you are paying for: your plan name and whether it is Active, your billing interval, your next billing date and the amount you will be charged, and how many seats the plan covers with the per-seat rate. Between them, those lines answer most "what am I being charged and when" questions without opening a single invoice.
Who Can See Billing Information?
The account Owner. Admins can manage teammates and roles but not billing, and Members and Viewers see neither. If the Billing tab is not showing you what this article describes, check the Team tab to see which role you hold.
Changing your plan and canceling both live on this same Billing tab — How to Cancel or Update Your Subscription walks through both. If invoices need to reach a different inbox, or the page is not showing what this article describes, submit a support ticket and tell us what you need.
